Our Current Leadership

Bubba Broussard

N.R. “Bubba” Broussard, Jr. has over 45 years of experience working for Broussard Brothers and its affiliate Acadian Contractors, Inc. In May 2011, he was appointed President/CEO of Broussard Brothers.

He believes Broussard Brothers’ employees are one of the company’s greatest assets and recognizes a company’s culture influences both employees’ and customers’ attitudes and actions. To maintain a strong company culture, he focuses on what motivates the Broussard Brothers’ team and on creating a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.

Bubba serves as President of the Louisiana Oilfield Contractors Association and was appointed for a second term to the Third Congressional District seat for Oilfield Construction on the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors.

Bubba has been married for over 40 years and enjoys spending time with his family and raising cattle on his property in Vermilion Parish.

Our Founding Members

Founded by N.R. Broussard in 1947, Broussard Brothers began with one tugboat providing rig services out of Chalmette, Louisiana. In the many years since, our company has grown to become a multifaceted business that provides everything from marine and land construction to a wide range of related services.
