Humble Beginnings
Founded in 1947, Broussard Brothers has grown from a single tugboat providing rig services to a multifaceted company that serves some of the largest and most successful companies in the oil and gas, petrochemical, public works, and agriculture industries. Combining the highest quality equipment with a team of talented and experienced personnel, our company has the capabilities to handle projects big or small. And by consistently upgrading our equipment and providing employees with continual training, we are able to meet the ever-changing demands of the industries we serve.
As a third-generation family-owned business, Broussard Brothers offers personalized customer service combined with the capabilities of a large corporation. Broussard Brothers is located between mile markers 161 and 162 on the Intracoastal Canal, and one-half mile east of the Leland Bowman locks – right on the Fresh Water Bayou Channel. We maintain a first-rate dock and crane facility that is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.
